An orgasm is when your pubic muscles contract together and suddenly release and keep doing that for a minute or so. It creates little ripple sensations that are felt throughout the body.
It can either be soft ripples or intense ones based on the kind of stimulation. More or less you'll feel ripples of pleasurable sensations. G-Spot orgasm is much different as you'll feel pressure to push and about up to a liter of fluid is released.
In men orgasm as you know has the same sensations and feelings but usually ends in ejaculation. As for how it feels everyone will give you a different description but start with the idea of ripples of different sensations all at once that are pleasurable and unmistakable.

basically it just feels like you are tingling all over and you just got done running a mile. it is a great feeling though. :)
