my ex dumped me for another girl but he said it was for another reason but it wasnt because he asked the girl that i hate out in just one week and he knows how much i hate her and know there going out and im kinda upset cause i still like him =[ and tehre alwaiiz holding hands and all that and i haev to stand there and watch them i try hanging with my friends but nothing works i cant stop thinking bout it and im so upset and this si teh second time tehre going out the first time she dumped him but now it feels like there gonna be togther for eevry and im nolii in year 8 and plz dont say your to younf plz ..plz help =[

the only thing you can really do is just keep urself busy and dont think about him as much as you can. try to date other guys. acting like you dont care will sometimes make your mind think that you really dont. try that. but thats just something you need to get over yourself nothing any advice can really help. stay strong babe <3
