Ok. Here's the deal. I can sing. I do choir, I can sing any scale, my airflow is fine, i use my diaphram, I lift my sof palate, I do everything they tell me. So, why does my voice still sound bad? I need vocal tone tips. Pitch is fine. How do I fix the tone?

Unless you take vocal lessons, I doubt there is much you can do at all. Also, you are most likely underestimating the power of your voice. I know girls that get solos, and after their audition, they say, "that was awful!" So, give yourself more credit!
