If you can get a ride to your local pharmacy, pick up some Noxzema cream. It will soothe your burnt skin and it will help reduce the redness. Or if that's not an option, you can use Vitamin E cream with Aloe Vera in it and that will pretty much have the same effect as Noxzema.

Well, when I was sunburned, my mother always used noxzema lotion on my burns to help cool the burn, and reduce the redness. I am not sure if it will totally help with the redness, but it will quicken the healing process. If tomorrow, you are still red, then use some light base makeup mixed with your regular base makeup, or if you don't have any at your disposal, you can use your concealor...then apply your make up as you usually do.. I hope that this helps you.
