stress releivers & quotes

do you have like stress releivers and like quotes about how you love somebody or how your hurting.

i've head a headache for almost 2 months & its killing me.

also, this is kind of out there, but if you have like a website concerning track and how to pick an event i'd be so happy.

(The stress thing was a worksheet I recieved in a class, the ABC's thing is on a poster I have)

And for quotes... I have like zillions of them.
BUT most were written in chatspeak so I am unable to type them through this website.
