Hey I was wondering how you could turn a pair of jeans into a mini skirt? Because I have lots of old jeans that have holes in them/ are too short and I really don't want to buy a new 40 dollar skirt when I can use my old jeans. Thanks in advance! I'll give you a 5 if you help me, if you want one.

Cut the jeans super short, then sew fabric ruffles around the ends, just above where the legs would be. It will look just like a mini skirt, and you won't have to worry about a breeze showing something you'd rather not. [ VixenDark's advice column | Ask VixenDark A Question ]

or if you don't want to yourself take them to someone and let them do it. but that could cost anywhere from 15-30 dollars. its not that hard though, just don't cut at the pockets unless you want them to stick out. good luck!
