i think my friend is making excuses from hanging out w/ me. this has been going on for weeks. should i confront her?? what should i do?

if i were you i would ask her to do something as one last attempt, and if she says no and makes up an excuse, i would say something like, how come you can never hang out? or someihtng like that and ask them stuff about it. i hope this works!! good luck <3
