Hair for prom

Hey yall, so my prom is comming up soon and i cant decide on a hair style! I have a little longer than shoulder length hair but its somewhat thin also, so im not sure theres a whole lot i can do with it. I definently want an updo though, i dont want it down because i hate being hot! lol Anyone have any ideas or exaples of cute hairstyles?? thanks yall!

I agree with the person above, but i went to my cousin because shes a cosmetologist. So yes just leave it up to the hair stylist they will know whats best for you. My hair was kinda cute mine was an upside down french braide then she put it up and curled the ends it was real cute. Just leave it up to the hair stylist they will know what to do tell them what color your dress is and what it looks like. Hope i helped a little and i hope you have fun.

Best way to get the best hairstyle (and this is what I did for all of the formals I've been to) is to just tell the stylist what your dress looks like, and let them come up with the best look! Just say, for instance, that you want your hair up, but that you leave it up to their judgment.

Trust me, it works, because the hairstyle you might pick might not go well with your dress, and hairstylists have been doing this for years :)
