hi well theres a guy i like but he's with someone else that really doesn't deserve him in my eyes but he doesn't realize that i mean everyone says she doesn't deserve him and i mean there are times that in my eyes he might like me but other times it seems like he might not how can i tell if a guy is flirting or just being dumm........

maybe she doesnt deserve but he doesnt want to see it... theres times when people just like someone so much they dont want to see the real them... but in the end they will...
most guys flirt alot with girls... its just how guys are rather they mean it or not... give hints to him that you like him and treat him really good as a friend and just maybe he really does like you but you just dont see it all the time because he hides it... give him a lil bit of a hint and watch hints from him too... hell finally see that you deserve him way more then she does
