im not sure this is a health issue?? but its about my body

Question Posted Monday March 27 2006, 7:33 pm

i have tiny red bump on my arms like all over! you don't really notice them that much unless you look close and they are gross or anything, there just there and they bother me. im really tan so most people never see. alot of people i know have them on there upper arms like on the part of there skin that faces out, like if you put your hand on your shoulder and slide down. i have some there too! if you know what this is or how to get rid of it i would be SO happy! thanks

i'm not really sure what they are called, but i have them aswell. you can go to a doctor, and they will most likely know.
i just use zest soap. it works well. you just wash your arm (body) with it everytime you shower, and then with in 7 days it clears up.

best of luck!
