Well at the moment, i fancy this guy, i never get to talk to him because he's always around with his friends. He's really shy and he's knows that i like him, but he's always looks at me whenever i see me.does that mean he likes me?

How do you know he likes you. Did he tell you or you heard it throught he grapevine. He notices you. However, because a guy looks at you means little. Next time, "accidentally" bump into him. Say "oops, Im sorry, you alright?" "By the way my name is X whats yours?" Thats a good conversation starter. Once you start to talk to him, things will begin to open and you will be able to see more. He may be cute but that is just the wrapping of the present. You need to know whats in the present. And that means pealing away the wrapping by talking to him!!!!!

Well....I wouldn't just jump to conclusions from that. You should probably just try talking and getting to know him maybe then you will be able to decide if he likes you or not...
