Eyebrow Waxing

Question Posted Saturday March 25 2006, 2:38 pm

I have only gotten my eyebrows waxed twice. Today was my 2nd time and I got them done at 1:30. It is now 2:37 and they are still red. I have a party to go to at 5:30. My question is, will they still be red then? I need a fast answer!

Chances are, they might. Try applying some plain yogurt on them, the cultures sooth your skin.

Most likely, they will remain red until then. Try applying an ice cube, or even a vaseline lotion, and that should help reduce the redness.

You can always run to your local pharmacy and purchase a green concealer; it will cover up redness and blemishes of the skin.

It probbably wont go away by 5:30 I would say to just try and put makeup on it. Or just tell people when u get there that you got them done, its not embarasing it just hygeine i wouldnt worry too much about it... Also the more you get it done ( once every 3 weeks is what i do) The nerve endings get nummer and it doesnt hurt as much, and it heals quicker...hope i helped
