ok well there is there really hot kid in my school and i really like him. hes really nice and we are good friends. the only problem is, is that he doesnt like me... he likes another girl.we like talk on the phone and stuff but he still doesnt get it.i really want him to notice me but in the halls all he does is act stupid around me

Unfortunately you can't make someone like you.
If he has his eyes set on another girl then there isn't a way for you to get him until he stops liking her.
But I dont think you should wait around for him. Move on. There are other fish in the sea.
I know it is easier said than done. But with time you will get over him.
