Ok. so my friend has sorta had a thing with this guy all year. Like she's liked him && they havent hooked up, but she has wanted to. But he told me it wasnt "there" for him. Which means it wouldnt work out between them. Well, recently, ive been haning out with him && talking to him alot. We're really close. && i like him. Well yesterday i really thought he liked me too. So earlier when i was on the phone with my friend i told her i liked him. && she was like..well i like him too. but i dont care. && i feel bad bc shes like had a thing for him all year. && if i got the chance to go out with him i would want to. but i wouldnt want her to get mad. she said she wouldnt be mad it would just be sort of awkward. && id feel bad if i he liked me && i went out with him bc i wouldnt want things to be weird between us or anything. so im asking what i should do?
sorry it was long && confusing. id appreciate a good suggestion back please. bc i really need helpp. thanks =]

It's a good thing that you told her that you liked him. If he likes you and if he asks you out, you should go for it. Your friends feelings matter, but you want what's best for you and you should be happy. No guy should ever come between your friendship and don't feel bad if he likes you and not her. It's part of life and things like that people just need to learn to deal with. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
