I understand where your coming from, ive had this problem before. The worse thing to do is keep your jealousy inside you it will only make things worse then it already is in the end. Next time you see him just let him know whats up. Be like we need to talk im kind of jealous of the fact that youve always got girls hanging around you. I really like you and all and i dont want you to end up hurting me and leaving me for someone else. I still want you to have girl friends but i just dont want you to do something thats going to hurt me. *something like that it doesnt have to be exactly like that, it was just an example* And just ask him where you guys stand i.e does he still like you and want to be with you. Things like that. That way you know what he feels and he knows how you feel. Its important in a relationship for the couple to be able to talk about these things and have a good understanding.
