I have no idea what this thing is...(a nail file)

All I know is that it's really pretty and it has something to do with nails and it's a nail ffile. I don't really know what it does and I know it has the different sides like a nail buffer...but it's like 4 colors and it doesn't hve the shiny smooth side. It's 4 colors are blue, light blue(one side) and pink and light pink(nex side). Does anyone hve ne idea what it is...cause I jus buy it cause it cute...n i duno what to use it for?

You use a nail file on the top of your nails after you've cut them, to soften the edges and shape them slightly. It doesnt matter what side you use, there all the same. Always do it in the same direction though, dont rub them back and forth. Hope this helps, its kinda hard to explain!
