I read that every person needs a certain amount of calories every day to function properly (just to live, and these will be burned off because they are used to live). If you eat more than this ammount, you will keep however many calories more you consume. What I was asking, is that if I eat less than this amount, does it mean that I will be decreasing calories, and losing weight?
