I needed to know more about what you said

Question Posted Saturday March 18 2006, 4:58 pm

"yea, thats not how it works... you need to eat less & burn off what you ate plus extra to lose weight."

So If I eat 1000 calories a day, I need to burn off all 1000 calories, plus more?

yes, im not sure on all the technical stuff but just cause you dont eat as much does mean you lost that weight, it just means you didnt gain it. I dont know how many cal.s you need to consume daily but i know you need to burn off cals rather than just not eat as much.
