should i tell someone i love him?

It all depends in the situation you're in. If you're dating him, and you have been for a long time, and you're old enough to know what love is, then I think you should. I think it's good for you to ask though. Some people throw around the word "love" like it's nothing. If your feelings for him are really strong and you think he feels the same way, then I think you should tell him. It is 100% your decision, but if you two have been dating for a long time and you really feel strongly about him then go for it.
