So in gym class we started our swimming unit. I'm not a very strong swimmer, but in our first 2 days the things we covered were VERY easy. Now we learned the elementary backstroke, and I'm just STUCK. can someone explain how you do it? my teacher lacks the ability to explain things clearly, then takes it out on us when we get things wrong.

for instance, when kicking (point-flex-around), do i keep my legs straight when i flex my foot or do i bend them to my chest? thx!

it's like how a frog swims, if you've ever seen a frog swim xP it's basically like breast stroke, only you're on your back.
