losing weight

Question Posted Saturday March 11 2006, 5:47 pm

Im 13 and weigh 105lbs. I want to lose weight so i started to cut back on junk and replaced it with healthy stuff like apples and crap. no more soda or juice just water and i started to work out and run. When i first started to lose weight i weighted about 115 so as you can tell i losed weight, but i want to go more. i wasnt losing any thing for a while so i started using diet pills. is that bad? if so how can i lose those 5 nagging pounds?

diet pills are horrible. just plainly bad. please stop taking them.
just continue what you are already doing. eatting good, and drinking a lot of water. if your body thinks it needs to lose that last 5 pounds, it will. but from what you're telling me i dont think it does. i think you should just eat healthy and keep doing that. excersize some maybe? but diet pills are horrible
