how do you put on eyeliner perfectly on the top?

You mean above the eyelashes on top??

Well it is difficult the first few times..

This is what i found to help me..I sharpen the eyeliner real thin or buy like thin eyeliner sticks..

Slant your eye over so its streched out [like asian eyes]&& then go along that real slow && gently..Take your time..

It will defiantly take time && practice
