There is a boy in my school and e sends me notes and buys me gifts and I am to shy to talk to him.

Why are you shy? You are not going to be rejected because he obviously likes you, he wants you to come talk to him. There is nothing to be scared of. Just talk to him like you would to one of your friends. I think you'll be suprized at how easy it is.
