Well you could always try to pop it out and see if there is something stuck in it. It easy to pop out and they go rigt back in so you dont have toworry about it.

My Spacebar used to mess up like that when my brother would fly off the handle and start punching things. I used to take a butter knife and insert the tip just under the button enough to lightly pop it up and out of the keyboard tray. Then from there you just have to try to snap the piece back onto the wire properly. Smaller hands work best. ;)
