image manipulating program?

are there any image manipulating programs out there for FREE (not trials!) that i could download? something like photoshop or something..? anything like that?! haha thanks.

Well as far as changing lighting aspects, I know Image Zone is completely free (and not a trial). I've had Image Zone for months now. You can download this at:
