my name is Rachel and Iam a 16 year old girl from georgia and I have Highblood pressure what should I do?

I have high BP also. First off, lower your red meat intake and NO pork it is so horrible for people. Also cheese is a no no. drinking a lot of water helps and some would say excercise though I would not bet my life on it the scince behind that is if you excercise and get skinny your BP would be better. If your BP gets too out of hand then you doctor may put you on pills. It is not the end of the world if they do. Try my tips and I hope you get your BP under control. -Adrie
