okay i wanted a new cell phone for my birthday, but my plan isn't up yet. it ends in december & the phone i want for my bday is only a limited edition. can i get a new cell without breaking my plan?? i want the same account, juss the new phone itself.

Yes, although you DONT get any special discount on the phone. For example, on the commercial for the motorolla RAZR, it says the price is $199. This is only the case when you renew your contract as well. So you would be paying around $299 for a RAZR (just as an example). Hope I helped! Please Rate
