i really feel i NEED to loose weight.. so im on it.. but i really feel its my stomach that bothers me .. A LOTT. like seriously .. its like flubber, im like a whale! what are some good stomach exercises to get my stomach more toned, defined, and flat?

First of all, you have to work on your dieting. Health foods yaddah yaddah yaddah. Here's what I'm starting to do.. during the week you eat healthily and then you can have one day where you go all out and eat whatever the hell you want, that is, without completely throwing your diet down the toilet. Secondly, you can do crunches, side crunches for toning your stomache. However, running, dancing, sports will get you moving and burning calories to lose weight overall. So good luck! ]
