OMG! YOU ARE NOT FAT! 89 pounds, and your only 16! Are you kidding me? I am 15 and I weigh over 100..not quite sure..between 102 and 110 cause it changes. People always say how skinny I am. So, for your own health don't lose weight. It isn't healthy. I am trying to gain weight, but yea for me don't lose weight!! Yea you may think you are fat, but trust me your not! Just think positive about yourself! Well, I hope I have helped!
