actually we broke up lyk 4 times! and i know i shouldn't go back out with him! but idk what to do!! and everytime i try and flirt with other guys he gets mad! cuz he's not ready for me to move on but he said he dont wana see me with another guy!

ok, well then give him the cold shoulder, show him you mean business! Dont just let him stop you, flirt with other guys and when he gets mad tell him that you can do whatever you want because he doesnt own you, your not his girlfriend, and he cannot tell you what to do unless he wants to be in that position again. This will throw him off and hopefully he'll realize that he does want to be in that position! But I think that you shouldnt go back to him, its obviously an unhealthy relationship, if you want to shock him more when he wants you back tell him hell no! Tell him that you arent his backup plan if his other relationships dont workout! good luck and love hurts, dont go back to him because hes safe go out and get somebody new who knows how to treat you! u can email me anytime if you need more advice on this or any other subject, im always happy to help!
