how to rate people

hi im 13/m and i cant figure out how to rate you have helped me before and i need to rate, but i cant figure out how.

well, im not POSITIVE because i haven't asked any of my own questions. but when you get an answer to your question there should be a link or something? im not totally sure but you rate from a 1 to a 5 and you can comment on why you rated that .. most people say "thanks" or something like that haha. but feedback helps because you can try to answer other people's questions better if you know you aren't doing such a good job.
but to rate, i think you click on your question to see the answers youve got and then you rate 1-5 and comment on it. sorry i couldn't help with that haha. i usually answer questions.. not ask my own. but if you looked around on the page with your question and other answers you will hopefully figure it out :)
