Do you talk to this boy?

If not, get his E-mail address or SN. Express your feelings for him - that you like him; but that you don't want to split him and his girlfriend up.

Although you like him.. and she might not like him.. he might like her a lot. And it's only fair to him to let him know that you like him; but it's only fair for him to have a fair decision in this.

Don't say anything like "Your girlfriend just wants a boyfriend, she doesn't really like you.." or something -- that's a fast path to getting him to hate you. Just express, in no uncertain terms, that you have a desire to someday be more than friends with him. But you NEED to tell him that you're not trying to split him and his girlfriend up.

If you're big enough to say that you don't want to split him and his girlfriend up, he'll respect your emotions more and know that you're not some crazy, emotional, mean-spirited girl who just hates his girlfriend or something. He'll think you're pretty cool for being honest, but respecting the relationship he's already in.
