I have that too,im sorry hun but all the things on the back of the boxes are different numbers so none of them are quite the same.You should take the receipt and maybe go back to the store and ask them to get you a replacement,or trying call the sims company about it,the number might be on their website www.sims2.com or i think its www.thesims2.com one of the two.I hope i could help!
