Being fit isn't about how skinny you are. It helps tone your muscles, and it makes you look great! In my opinion, toned muscles looks better than just being skinny. Find a sport that you really love! If you really despise running, try a sport like volleyball or tennis that doesn't involve running up and down a field. This way, you're getting exercise and working out while still having fun! If you don't mind the running, then try lax or field hockey, or any other sport. If you don't like sports, you might want to try to cut back on sugars, which include soda and fruit drinks. Try eating vegetables and fruits. Remember-if you feel good, you look good.

=) hope this helped!
