hey, i am working out basicly everyday and im trying to get abs, nothing big, just toned abs. And for the 3 weeks ive been working out, i've gotten pretty good, tight UPPER abs, but my lower abs are like not good at all .... what can i do to get lower abs? because i really want to have toned abs.thanks in advance.

Try doing side crunches. Another thing you can do is something where you are laying flat on the floor with your arms at your sides and then you pick up your legs and upperback off of the floor with your limbs straight. If you don't feel the burn, you're doing it wrong. Hope I helped. ]
