ok well i want to make my name how out like those bubble letter but theres something almost like paint but its not so what kind of this can you make bubble letters out of.

I use this, to make banners and things for web pages - there's all kinds of cool fonts to choose from, and I'm sure there is a bubble one in there somewhere. Then you can choose the colour and animate it too, if you like. If you don't want it to move, just set the Effect as stationary.
