ok so i need to loose about 10 pounds in about 150 days (my grandma is taking my ffamily on a cruise as a christmas gift) and well...i dont know how to without being like o mom i wanna loose weight cause i dont want her to get like all worried about me...so how can i without letting her know...like what are some good foods that taste good and arent too fat...and what are some good exercises?!?!
