fat tissues around my eyes is there a skin cream or is lazer surgery the only option?

There are plenty of creams! I would reccomend one, but I'm not sure of your exact condition. Go to your local grocery store, the eye creams are usually near shaving items/stuff like that. But also, holding cold spoons under your eyes helps a lot! :)
