The next test or exam, trying eating a nutritious breakfast. Drink plenty of cold water before and/or during the test. And before you pick up your pencil, just take a few deep breaths and not think; just write down what comes to mind. And give yourself confidence. Also, try answering the easier questions first. This can help you convince yourself you'll do just fine. Answering easy questions first builds confidence.
