See theres this guy i really really like and he liked me before but i choose another person over him and now hes with this girl but he says he still likes me and i dont know what to do... i mean should i straight up tell him my feelings for him or just let go....We talk on the phone all the time and on the internet we hang out accasionally...but if i should tell him i wuoldnt know how to tell him on aol phone or person i mean i really like this guy and i would die for him and i think that we would be better off together...So what should i do?

You just need to tell him in person how you feel, be mature.
He's done his part by letting you know how he feels, so now you must do so in return.
You have NOTHING to lose because you know he likes you.
You like him, He likes you = Happiness
You know eachother, you talk to eachother , you get on - so that's it.
I always say if someone has a girlfriend then dont tell him , but if he is telling you that he likes you, then you should just let him know and tell him prehaps maybe you shouldnt go out, but go on a few dates first - after he has finished with his girlfriend. A leave it for a while...that girlfriend could be pissed (excuse my language) if she knew about your feelings..
The fact he is with a girl when he likes you is very wrong . Don't be suprised if he does the same to you. I hope he doesnt
