ok i'm soo into junk food & i eat it a lot. i've been the same weight for the past few years. i'm not fat & i'm not bone thin. pretty much average. i'm pretty athletic. i wanna get into eating good foods but i juss i don't know how. i haven't pushed myself to since i didn't gain much weight & i don't get acne, pimples, etc. idk i juss don't break out & i never have. (btw i'm 15) i think it all started around the same time puberty hit (age 11 for me). do you think that's why i'm so into junkfood?? i heard that rumor somewhere. i can't find healthy food that looks good to me. i know i should be eating healthy, but i'm juss so picky. any ideas?? recipes maybe?? anything really haha =)
