You get them from either kissing, having oral sex, or having sexual intercourse when someone is infected. STD's are usually cured by antiobiotics. Some curable STDS are Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and Trichomonas. The four STDS that are still incurable today are- Hepatitis B, genital herpes, Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), and HIV.
HIV is human immunodeficiency virus. HIV infects human cells and uses the energy and nutrients provided by those cells to grow and reproduce.
It is the virus that causes AIDS. AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) is a disease where the immune system shuts down slowly and is unable to fight off certain infections. [ xxoBriannax's advice column | Ask xxoBriannax A Question ]
