Sometimes I randomly pee a little in my pants. It\'s not like I have to go or anything, and I\'m not laughing or being tickled or anything. It just sort of comes out. It\'s not a lot, but sometimes if I look I can see a tiny wet spot on my pants. I don\'t have to go to the bathroom often and I can hold it for a reasonable amount of time. It\'s just so random and hasn\'t always happened to me, so I\'m just afraid I might randomly have an actual accident and wet my pants in school or something. Is this normal?

xxoBriannax answered Tuesday December 27 2005, 7:05 pm: You could just have a weak bladder. I don't know, I'm not a doctor. Go to the doctor's and see if anythings wrong. You can do kegel exercises to tighten up your muscles "down there" so you won't leak. Tighten and relax your muscles down there (like tighten it like you are trying to hold in pee or something) and release. Do that 200 times a day. I know that seems like a lot, but you can do it sitting down. [ xxoBriannax's advice column | Ask xxoBriannax A Question ]
