hey ben! eh heres my Q. my computer i got for xmas, is really kewL. the problem is there is a slot that will fit my charger and is the only one that goes but, my comp says its not charging. what the heck is going on and how do i fix it?! im sad without it =(.

this happened to mine.
there are a few possibilitys. the battery could be dead, or it may not be pluged in all the way. OR it could not show that its recharging
