I am 15 years old and i use to give advice but now i need some advice. I 'll rate 5s....First of all i would like to say that i am 56 pounds and 1.65 m tall. Everyone says that i am ok and that everything is fine about my outward appearance.I asked a nutritionist and he said the same too. But, i would like to be48 pounds. The last time i ate is before four days. I feel a little bit dizzy now but i want to be slim. I don't have enough time to start a sport or sth like that.Could you please tell me what could i eat or generally what could i do to lose pounds FAST???
P.S. It is not because i don't have self confidence.i know. A lot of boys like me and i have a lot of friends. And in my class everyone thinks that i am really self confident etc.What should i eat to lose these 9 kilos???Should i continue starving?
