So you didn't have to get naked or anything? heh! I'm not the most confident person and I'd perfer not to have to get naked or even partiatally naked! And how do you see a nutrionist without a doctor? Do you need the doctor recommendation, or can you find one on your own and just go?

No. The worst is just the doctor MAY feel around your stomach and yeah that's it. I don't know, honestly. Try calling Nurtitionists around you. I don't think you need to be referred by a doctor.
