Okey, let's say i have a pic. And i want to change my hair colour on it, i know i cant do it in paint..but how can i fix it, to change my hair colour? And i dont wanna buy any new programs like photoshop or whatever. Really can't afford that.,

If you can't afford Photoshop, you can download the GIMP for free at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). Use the paintbrush tool and set it to "color", and paint what you want.

Well, if you just need to quickly do something to just one picture i recommend going to www.adobe.com and downloading the free demo of photoshop cs2. You get the complete version of the program, but it stops working after 30 days. please rate me, hope i helped.
