Then the page will refresh, and you should see a new page with an option to click on "BROWSE". Next, search your computer for the picture(s), and click "SUBMIT". Then the page will refresh yet again. You will see all/any images you happen to have on the new screen. Simply find the picture you want, and copy the PROVIDED URL in the top white slot.
Next, paste that URL in your "URL OF A PICTURE OF YOU" slot, on your "PROFILE SETTINGS" page.
Karen answered Tuesday December 13 2005, 6:11 pm: There are two ways to do this.
1. If you have a picture of yourself saved onto your computer, go to your Profile Settings, [Link](Mouse over link to see full location), scroll down to the third part and click on "Browse" (next to the 'Upload a picture of you' area), and search for your picture and upload it that way. If your picture ends up to be too big, open it up in your computer's Paint program and resize it until it uploads. This may take some time.
2. If you're too lazy to resize your picture if it ends up to be too big, you can host it by uploading it to an image hosting site such as [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). Once you've uploaded your picture, copy the direct link, go back to your Profile Settings, and paste the URL into the 'URL of a picture of you' area.
Make sure to submit your changes or your picture won't upload onto your column. Personally, I think the second way is better to upload your picture, since you don't have to worry about the size of your picture.
