ok theirs this guy and we kinda friends..i like him alot. idk if he likes me back though. i overheard him once saying 'she is hott but i can't go out with anyone until....(their was more but i didn't hear all of it) im so confused idk what to do please, someone help. thanks soo much.

Well, the obvious thing would to ask. But if s=you're the shy type and don't want to ask one of your friends to, you could flirt. Drop hints every now and then to keep him intrested if he is now, keep him wondering. And in time, he'll learn to like you back.
