I need a guy! I need more popularity how?

Ok heres the deal like all my friends have boyfriends or close to having one like lil puppy love ya know! & I am somewhat popular to! I just cant seem to get a guy! What are some definet ways to turn one on, ones that prevent a guy from saying no! I am a 13 year old girl if that helps! I am real skinny mabey 90 pounds I wear a zero or 1 in jeans small and XS im not scruny though cute figure you could say! Medium wavy, curly and i straighten my hair! Please help i rate high for good advice!
